Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Higher Education Account Executives to
achieve sales goals
Monitor sales pipeline and forecasts to adapt strategies as
needed
Attract, hire, and retain high-performing sales talent
Required Qualifications
Significant experience in sales leadership at a high-growth B2B
SaaS or Ed-Tech company
5+ years of sales leadership experience
Experience with driving pipeline through outbound prospecting
Demonstrated success in bringing a new product or solution to
market
Analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on growth
