We are hiring for:FT LPN / Licensed Practical

prescribed medical treatment and personal care and services to
persons with disabilities in residential homes and/or vocational
centers at a single business location. Relies on knowledge,
experience, and judgment to accomplish tasks in combination with
clinical supervision from the registered nurse and direction from
the Registered Nurse and/or Administrator. Requires graduation from
an accredited licensed nurse program and current LPN license with
no restrictions to practice nursing.Pay: $27/hrSchedule: 7p - 7a
Sunday, Monday & TuesdaySign-On Bonus: $4,000REPORTS TO:Regional
Nursing DirectorSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:This position has no
supervisory responsibilities.Job Responsibilities:Provide holistic
nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental
disabilitiesObserve, assist with gathering health related data, and
report the health needs or the people we support to the registered
nurseCoordinate preventative and routine medical care for people
supportedDocument nursing care providedAssist physicians with
on-site medical clinics where applicableProvide health related
trainings to unlicensed personnel according to state
regulationsConduct medication pass observations in the home to
ensure staff competency according to state regulationsConduct
medication closest assessmentsPerform quality assurance checks and
observations to ensure unlicensed personnel are performing health
related tasks as assigned according to state regulationsObserve for
and report any abnormal health related findings to the
physicianCommunicate with physicians, pharmacies, medical
suppliers, and the Interdisciplinary TeamAdvocate for the people
supported and assist with developing community supports to promote
optimal health for the people supportedMINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS:Graduation from an accredited licensed nurse
program.Current LPN license with no restrictions to practice
nursing.Current CPR Certification or eligibility to certify for
CPR.Possess credentials required by Federal or State lawMust be
able to communicate effectively with Interdisciplinary Team
Members, as well as the people supported and their families.Must be
able to work independently, be organized, and possess the ability
to prioritize work tasks.Must be at least 18 years of
age#HPNURSEPre-employment screening:Complete criminal

Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with
Developmental Disabilities)Drug testingEducation verification and
other credentialing based on position requirements.Proof of
