Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to
establish quality guidelines and improve processes while enhancing
customer and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage quality forms to measure performance
Observe and score customer interactions based on quality
standards
Analyze data to identify growth areas and recommend process
improvements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Technical proficiency in using computers and generating reports
Ability to analyze data and determine root causes
Experience in creating and reviewing processes
Willingness to assist other departments in developing solutions and
metrics
