Job Description:
A company is looking for a UX Researcher to join their UX
research team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior researchers to plan and execute user
research studies
Conduct user interviews and usability testing sessions
independently
Analyze research data to identify user behaviors and contribute to
actionable insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in human-computer interaction,
psychology, anthropology, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in UX research or a related field
Proficiency in a variety of research methodologies and tools
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning in UX
research
