Job Description:

A company is looking for a JIVA Utilization Specialist for a 100% remote contracting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and improve behavioral health and disease management programs
Handle delegation indicators and manage long-term care and exempt cases
Create and maintain medical management data repositories

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in case management and care management
Proficiency with JIVA outbound for on-prem systems
Experience working with HSD Roster file, HRP/Facets, and related files
Strong knowledge of medical management data repositories
Certified Case Manager (CCM) or similar certification
