Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Processor to manage the
processing of condominium loans.
Key Responsibilities
Review project submissions for completeness and ensure timely
processing
Collect required documentation from HOA/Management Companies,
realtors, and insurance companies
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safeguard
confidential information
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a high school diploma and 3-5 years of related
experience
Knowledge of various lending product guidelines and
requirements
Proficiency in using Encompass and automated underwriting
systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
