Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Delivery Operations Leader to
oversee and manage operations of virtual and in-home clinical care
delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of healthcare
professionals
Develop and implement operational protocols for efficient care
delivery
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and monitor quality
improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in clinical operations
management
At least 3 years of experience in a virtual or in-home care
setting
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in healthcare or
business administration preferred
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality
standards
Experience managing budgets and optimizing resources
