A company is looking for a part-time remote Contact Center
Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced
environment
Educate and assist customers and healthcare providers with services
and data
Maintain high-performance metrics around quality, accuracy, and
customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
Ability to create and deliver an excellent customer experience
Experience in the healthcare or related industry
Call center experience preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
Ability to meet strict attendance guidelines
