Job Description:

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Business Development to expand market presence and lead a business development team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing business development team
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve targets
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience in the B2B SaaS sector is highly preferred
Proven track record of successfully leading and developing a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and other business development tools
