Job Description:
A company is looking for a PM/PC Team Lead to coordinate
logistics around translation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Guide and support a team of Project Managers and Coordinators in
their daily tasks
Monitor team goals and KPIs to ensure the company's success
Conduct training and performance reviews for team members
Required Qualifications
High proficiency level in English; knowledge of a foreign language
is a plus
Leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent collaboration, planning, and organizational skills
Ability to manage stressful situations and help others work through
challenges
Adaptable and flexible to changing work environments
