Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Creative Director to lead
creative strategy and execution for client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and drive the creative strategy aligned with the agency's
mission for impactful storytelling
Oversee the conceptual development and execution of integrated
creative campaigns across various channels
Lead new business pitch concepts and collaborate with teams to
present innovative ideas to prospective clients
Required Qualifications
15+ years of creative experience in a senior leadership role within
a top-tier agency or in-house team
Proven track record of successful, high-impact campaigns across
multiple channels
Experience leading large integrated creative campaigns with an
understanding of strategic communications
Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and inspiring
creative talent
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative
environment managing multiple projects
