Job Description:

We're looking for hunters-driven, competitive, and coachable sales pros ready to hit the streets and close deals for roofing projects in the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas.



This is a door-to-door, outside sales role for people who thrive on face-to-face interaction and love the chase. We're looking for reps who can stay focused, follow a proven system, and do the daily work that gets results.



You'll be trained and supported by a company with decades of experience and a reputation for excellence. Your primary role will be selling residential roofing, but once you prove yourself, you'll earn the opportunity to quote and sell additional services like siding, decks, and commercial exteriors.

Responsibilities:
--- Inspect roofs and assess property conditions to create accurate job scopes
--- Present solutions, negotiate pricing, and close deals on-site when possible
--- Guide homeowners through insurance claims and retail options
--- Document and track sales activity using the company CRM and tools
--- Collaborate with production and office staff to ensure smooth job execution
--- Attend weekly meetings, report progress, and stay accountable to goals
--- Uphold YES's reputation for professionalism, honesty, and follow-through

Qualifications:
--- Prior sales experience-especially door-to-door or in-home closing-is a big plus
--- Must be self-motivated, structured, and competitive with a strong work ethic
--- Comfortable canvassing neighborhoods, climbing ladders, and inspecting roofs
--- Quick learner who takes coaching and turns it into results
--- Strong communication and closing skills-you can read a homeowner and build trust fast
--- CRM experience is helpful but not required (we'll train you)
--- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
--- High school diploma required; higher education or certifications are a plus
