Job Description:

--- Are you money-motivated, exceptional in sales and driven to make a guaranteed, six-figure income in your first, full year as a licensed agent! No industry experience in real estate is preferred.

Responsibilities:
--- Follow-up on all appointments in a timely manner.
--- Uncover the priorities of the buyers and then locate homes that match their needs and wants and show them the homes.
--- Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, servant-leader approach.

Qualifications:
--- Strong work ethic, driven to succeed.
--- TN real estate license or willing to get one.
--- Works well in a self-directed manner.
