We are seeking a qualified HVAC Technician to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This individual will be the go-to expert for repairs and maintenance on any residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. They must have experience in HVAC operations and have a deep understanding of the ins and outs of all systems. In addition, they must possess excellent customer service skills and have the capability to detect and solve technical problems quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
--- Must hold a valid HVAC license in Knoxville, TN, US
--- Responsible for servicing and upkeeping heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings
--- Ensures proper functioning of room PTAC units through repairs or replacements as necessary
--- Conducts routine checks and repairs on operational equipment to maintain functionality
--- Troubleshoots and fixes HVAC systems within commercial establishments
--- Complies with all safety procedures and hotel policies
