Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified HVAC Technician to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This individual will be the go-to expert for repairs and maintenance on any residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. They must have experience in HVAC operations and have a deep understanding of the ins and outs of all systems. In addition, they must possess excellent customer service skills and have the capability to detect and solve technical problems quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
--- Must possess an HVAC license
--- Repairs and maintains heating/ventilating/air conditioning systems throughout the hotel
--- Maintains room PTAC units in operating condition by performing repairs as needed or by changing out the room unit with a spare unit
--- Maintains operating equipment in working condition by performing routine equipment checks and repairs
--- Performs troubleshooting and repairs of hotel HVAC systems
--- Adheres to all hotel policies and safety procedures
