Solutions Group Team Leads.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee onboarding and continuing education for RSG Team Leads
Manage executive escalations from Senior Leadership
Collaborate with leadership teams to identify issues and develop
efficient processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and work experience
Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66 required; Series 24 required within
corporate timelines
2+ years of experience in a Team Lead or leadership role
Deep knowledge of retirement plans and IRAs
FINRA fingerprinting required
