Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Lease Admin Analyst responsible
for conducting reconciliations to ensure operating expenses follow
lease terms.
Key Responsibilities
Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation
statements
Perform full-scope advanced audits for lease administration
clients
Prepare complex reports of findings and ensure accurate credits and
charges are recorded
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant
experience
Understanding of existing procedures and standards
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
