Job Description:
A company is looking for a Leave Law Compliance Consultant
responsible for monitoring and advising on employee leave
provisions.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and prepare legislative updates on employee leave laws at
various government levels
Draft and review employer leave policies for compliance with
applicable laws
Provide educational support and marketing materials related to
employee leave laws
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor preferred
Three or more years of experience in advising clients on leave
policies
Law firm experience preferred
Understanding of group health plan benefits and their interaction
with leave laws
Familiarity with regulatory agencies impacting employee leave
laws
