Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Governance, Risk, and
Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join their Security & Compliance
team.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with auditors on internal controls, risks, and
documentation
Evaluate and document security solutions and controls while
addressing key risks
Support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing and Service Organization
Control (SOC 2) program activities
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in a related role
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF/CIS) and internal
control frameworks (COSO/COBIT)
Operational SOX experience for ITGCs & ITACs
Knowledge of US privacy requirements
CISA certification preferred
