The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct thorough and accurate field surveys of commercial roofing projects, ensuring all specifications and quality standards are met.PM21Requirements:Complete High Quality Field Estimates (Roof Surveys) for Reroof OpportunitiesPerform detailed on-site surveys of commercial roofing systems, documenting current conditions and identifying any areas of concernWork with Company Production Department to achieve company revenue, expense and profit goalsWork with Company Reroof Sales team to schedule surveys and provide an excellent customer experienceData Collection-Gather and record precise measurements, photographs, and notes regarding roofing materials, dimensions, and conditions.Upload all required photos and documentation into company CRM (Dataforma) and roof assessment software.Perform accurate roof inspection/assessment field walks of customer's buildings.Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.Physical Requirements: Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, lifting over 50lbs., and navigate roofing surfaces safely.Working ConditionsEnvironment: Primarily outdoor work, often in varying weather conditions.Travel: Frequent travel to different job sites is required.Hours: Full-time position with potential for overtime based on project demandsMeasurement of Performance:Meet or exceed RRCI field estimate goals for quality, accuracy, and quantityFollow RRCI policies, processes and disciplines (Co. manuals)Effectively maintain good customer relationships by providing excellent service customers.PIb2b22360c49c-25660-35282480
