In this role you will be responsible for supervising a team of CSR's, ensuring that workflows are optimized, and coaching team members to reach their full potential. Your leadership will play a crucial role in the continued success of our operations and customer service efforts.Location: Knoxville, TN or South Sioux City, NEKey Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives while ensuring a smooth, efficient, and productive operation.Provide ongoing training, development, and coaching to enhance team members' knowledge, skills, and performance.Regularly review team and individual performance metrics.
