About the Role:The Duct Foreman plays a critical role in overseeing the installation and maintenance of ductwork systems within various construction projects. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of duct installers, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. The Duct Foreman will be responsible for coordinating with other trades and project managers to ensure that ductwork is installed according to project specifications and timelines. Additionally, this role involves troubleshooting any issues that arise during installation and implementing solutions to maintain project flow. Ultimately, the Duct Foreman is essential in ensuring that HVAC systems operate effectively and meet the needs of the building occupants.Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in duct installation and HVAC systems, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to ductwork installation.
• Valid Driver License and Reliable Transportation. Punctual. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in HVAC or related field.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a construction environment.Responsibilities:
    • Supervise and lead a team of duct installers on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
    • Review project plans and specifications to determine the layout and installation requirements for ductwork.
    • Coordinate with other trades and project managers to schedule work and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
    • Conduct regular inspections of duct installations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
