Job Description:

A company is looking for a Provider Contracting Professional 2 to initiate, negotiate, and execute provider contracts for a health insurance organization.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate, negotiate, and execute contracts with physicians, hospitals, and other providers
Analyze financial impacts of contracts and communicate terms to providers
Maintain contract documentation and assist in recruiting providers based on network needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
2 - 5 years of experience in healthcare contracting
Proficiency in analyzing contract terms and payment structures
Experience with managed care contracts preferred
Master's degree is a plus
