Job Description:
A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Lead to support the
sales organization's growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute global GTM readiness plans aligned with
business strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize enablement
programs and training materials
Define KPIs and utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of
GTM readiness initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a
related field
Proven experience in sales enablement or sales operations,
preferably in a multinational organization
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
Experience in designing and delivering effective sales training
programs
8-10+ years of experience in sales enablement with a successful
track record
