Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead
a team of backend engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and development of high-performance
Python applications and services
Mentor and guide a team of Python engineers while fostering a
collaborative environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
of projects and seamless integration of solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software
Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a
focus on Python development
At least 2 years of experience leading software engineering
teams
Proven track record of delivering complex Python-based projects
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or
Azure
