Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Recruiter to manage the
end-to-end recruitment process and attract exceptional talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings,
candidate sourcing, and onboarding
Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies for various
functions
Analyze recruiting metrics and provide insights for continuous
improvement
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
6+ years of experience in recruitment across multiple
disciplines
Experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting
tools
Leadership skills to mentor and develop a growing recruitment
team
