  Auto Offer- BI-WEEKLY ORIENTATIONS
  
  Must be able to pass EKG testing before the start date (This is for ALL Medsurg nurses, regardless of sub-specialty)
  
  Certifications: BLS-AHA and NIHSS are required, ACLS preferred
  
  Weekend requirement: Every other or two per month
  
  Ratio: 1:6-8 / float required
