  Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of RN Telemetry experience Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Telemetry Travel RN to join a dedicated healthcare team for a 13 or 26-week assignment in Marion, North Carolina. This position is ideal for a nurse who is committed, compassionate, and comfortable working night shifts in a fast-paced, inpatient setting. You'll provide expert monitoring and care for patients with complex cardiac and telemetry needs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret EKGs
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a telemetry setting
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Document patient care in the EMR system accurately and timely
  • Respond to changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
  • Ensure patient safety and uphold professional standards Required Qualifications:
    • Active RN License in North Carolina or compact state
    • Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry RN experience
    • BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
    • Strong cardiac monitoring skills and clinical judgment
