  • Job Details
  • Registered Nurse position in a busy Neuro Med-Surg unit specializing in CVA/TIA, Seizures, Encephalopathy, and stroke-related conditions.
  • Must be able to pass EKG testing before the start date.
  • EMR: Cerner, Medication System: Omnicell.
  • Weekend requirement: Every other weekend or 2 weekends per month.
  • Float required.
  • Patient ratio: 1:7-8.
    • Job Requirements
    • BLS-AHA certification required.
    • NIH Stroke certification required.
    • ACLS-AHA preferred but not mandatory.
    • Must check Unit Description to determine certifications required.
      • Schedule Information
      • Contract length: 13 weeks.
      • Weekend requirement: Every other weekend or 2 weekends per month.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Busy Neuro Med-Surg unit, focusing on stroke and related conditions.
          • Additional Details
          • Required for Vaya placements: I9 Required.
          • Drivers License/State ID must be current and in color.
