  • Job Details
  • Registered Nurse position at Covenant Health Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
  • Must be able to pass EKG testing before the start date.
  • Auto Offer - BI-WEEKLY ORIENTATIONS.
  • Ratio: (1:4-5) / Float Required.
  • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend or 2 weekends per month.
    • Job Requirements
    • BLS - Basic Life Support (required within 45 days of assignment start date)
    • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (required for specific units)
    • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (required for specific units)
    • NIH Stroke Certification (required for all RN candidates)
    • State License Verification (required within 30 days of start date)
    • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) (required within 30 days of start date)
      • Schedule Information
