Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a travel/contract
position in a dynamic Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit. Key
responsibilities include cardiac monitoring and working with
patients with diagnoses such as COPD/CHF exacerbation, CVA/TIAs,
resp failure, PNA, COVID+, and encephalopathy. The ideal candidate
will have BLS and ACLS-AHA certifications, as well as NIHSS and EKG
exam requirements. This role requires a nurse-patient ratio of
1:5-6 and involves weekend work every other weekend or 2 weekends
per month, with a float requirement but no on-call duties.
