Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Originations
(Review).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of 15-20 loan reviewers to meet service
level agreements and performance metrics
Hire, train, and mentor team members while addressing escalated
customer issues
Identify process improvements and ensure compliance in loan
processing procedures
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of customer service experience at financial
institutions
Associate's Degree preferred but not required
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
Available for all operating hours, including evenings and
weekends
2-4 years of supervisory or management experience preferred
