This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely.Are you looking to advance your career in one of the fastest-growing IT fields? As an IT Security Engineer you will be joining a growing team where you will be able to contribute your extensive knowledge and skills right away while working collaboratively with management and staff to ensure the safety of our information systems.In this position, you will: Perform root cause and security analyses across various platforms, systems, and devices. Protect data by defining access, identifying vulnerabilities, and applying cybersecurity best practices to mitigate risk. Monitor and respond to security incidents in real-time. Provide operational support for new and existing security products. Manage our vendor risk management processes. Collaborate with developers to embed security into the software lifecycle.We are seeking candidates who have: Associates or bachelors degree preferred but not required. 5-10 years of IT Security experience. Must be able to obtain and maintain a CISSP Certification. Security+ certification preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and are self-motivated. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Excellent knowledge and experience in risk assessment, threat detection, vulnerability and governance.
