Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Support Engineer to
assist enterprise customers with technical challenges related to
software installation, configuration, and usage.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced support to enterprise customers via phone and
email
Collaborate with Account Development and Technical Account Managers
on high-impact issues and escalations
Set up test environments to verify software bugs and document
findings for escalation
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of enterprise support or customer-facing engineering
experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, AWS, and SQL Database
performance
Experience with architectural or structural programs such as
AutoCAD or Revit
