Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Marketing Strategy &
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Build marketing spend and workforce planning functions to support
budget management
Lead strategic resource allocation conversations and prepare for
leadership discussions
Provide insights on resource landscape and recommend operational
leverage strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in
financial analysis or related field, or a Master's Degree with 4+
years of experience
Prior experience in team leadership and motivating a team
8+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a
high-tech company
Experience in developing financial models and scenario analysis
Revenue planning and/or consulting experience is a plus
