Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate Strategy &
Operations to support the Customer Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a business partner to Customer Success leaders, providing
insights and analyzing KPI trends
Own the Customer Success portion of the corporate cadence,
including forecasting and performance reporting
Support divisional strategic initiatives by delivering analyses,
recommendations, and project updates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related
field
4+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in financial
services, management consulting, or operations strategy
Familiarity with data visualization programs like Tableau or Power
BI
Experience working with large and complex data sets
Healthcare industry experience preferred, but not required
